Communication is  at the heart of customer service and for this reason  we have  introduced an ‘account management’ system in which all  clients have a  dedicated point of contact at the heart of the George  Jones  organisation. This system enables clients to discuss any matters  that  arise before, during or after works in the confidence that it will  be  dealt with promptly and effectively.
