September 2009 We have been working with the Ministry of Defence since World War II and most recently entered into a six year Partnership with MHS in 2007 to carry out the external Repairs & Decorating to 3000- 4000 Married Quarters per year at a value of 1 to 1.5 Million per year to half of the country. Benchmarking is carried out on each site to set the standard required and following this a one in ten inspection is carried out by MODern Housing & the Defence Estates, which has proved to be productive not only with Quality but with Management time being spent on the sites. To remove the typical look of the married Quarters we have recently suggested and carried out colour choice consultation with the customer and the Occupants, which have proved a big success. We carry out all the pre-paint surveys at not cost to the customer and Input all the survey data along with costs in the Customers IT systems direct. This enables complete cost transparency and certainty throughout the contact, with cost saving initiatives being discussed at all levels. We carry out all the Health & Safety Management through Julian Snow our accredited H&S Manager
