Asbestos Removal

Asbestos removal is not something that can be done by everyone, and most companies will not get involved. However, this does not help the client who has the problem to sort out!

When Asbestos was discovered during an external decorating contract for Medway Council, we were only too happy to take responsibility for the work as part of the overall project. With our experience of local authority housing renewal we were able to identify the ideal partner contractor to take out the delicate task. The extra work was brought into the programme and without any fuss the asbestos soffits and facias were replaced with plastic.

The work was done with full regard to Health and Safety considerations, both for the residents and the workers involved and was monitored by our full time Health and Safety Officer to ensure compliance.
